Place is very comfortable, interior design is nice, bright and modern. Communication with host is easy and fluent. Location is great, pretty close to bus station and ferries, green market, local beach and nice restaurants. Walking distance to downtown and the Riva aprox. 12 minutes.
Guests with heavy or several pieces of luggage, please note that the property is on a slight uphill slope, which can make rolling bags difficult.

Fantastic location with modern, well equipped and clean apartment! Really top notch quality of finishes.
The ad stated living room in the description. The unit we got had no living room area at all. Instead it has a kitchen table in the kitchen (so not a place to sit and relax). As such your only place to sit ok comfort is on the bed. A bit of a surprise for us when we got there.
