Limni Resort

The pool area is what helps this hotel to be on top. It's really nice and clean, new cabanas (already getting dirty a bit but maybe they will clean them after the season). It's very calm there, away from all the craziness of Ksamil but still not far away. We have almost direct access to the pool from our apartment which was very comfortable, also, rooms are quite spacious. Petros and Athena were nice and tried to help in some situations, the cat family was an additional attraction for our kids.

We wanted to stay in the authentic hotel but it seems we gotway too much authenticity :) we booked ground floor apartments with stone walls and the problems started there. First of all, a very dirty sofa, which they said was cleaned so many times it became stained (?), some covers where put on it after a few days. Second, the smell! The bedroom has a very strong smell of naphthalene, I first thought it comes from the wardrobe, but all the bedsheets had that smell and even our pyjamas were covered in that smell :( I mentioned it for a few members of staff and asked to change the bedsheets after 2 nights, after changing, it seemed better, but the smell came back the other night, it probably comes from the mattress, they may spray something against the insects or smth, but it's impossible to sleep there. Third, the blankets were nice but also smelly, I asked to change/wash them, the owner woman didn't get the issue at first, but changed them. A stange understanding of cleanliness in general, when you ask to clean the room, they only take the trash from the bathroom, but leave old dirty wet towels on the floor and doesn't clean the bathroom at all. Pillows are very high and uncomfortable, I asked for smaller ones but they didn't have them. The funniest part started 3 nights before the end of our stay (we stayed for a week), the ceiling in the bedroom started to leak water directly on the bed, I informed the staff, they said they know the problem, it's not the first time like that, but nothing to suggest. Towels changed on request, but they change then only at daytime, so if you use your pool towels at the moment, they cannot be changed that day. Pool towels very old, stained and with holes, not a big issue, but strange for a 4* hotel. Bath towels very hard, seems like they rush to bring them directly after drying outside.

Everything was perfect. The resort is located away from the busy and noisy parts of the Riviera, which means you can really enjoy the peace and tranquillity. The service was absolutely fantastic and provided by a lovely, friendly family. We genuinely felt like special guests throughout our entire stay. They took great care of us and made sure we felt welcome right until the last day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday

A home from home. The best experience in Ksamil. If you are coming to Ksamil, skip the overcrowded beach clubs. Stay at Limni Resort. There is something special about this place, and it comes down to the family running it. From the moment we arrived, they brought our family in and looked after us like we were their own. A big thank you to the whole team: - Leo: Absolute star. Excellent at looking after us, great fun to be around, and speaks fantastic English. He always had top recommendations for what to do and made sure we were having a good time, drinks included. - Peter: Warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Our flight was delayed and Peter stayed up until 2:00 AM to check us in himself and make sure we were settled. - Athena: Loved her personality. She might come across direct and straight faced at first, but she is great fun once you get to know her. She takes care of everyone, whether serving breakfast in the morning or drinks at the bar at night. - Oresti: A true legend. He kept me well fed with fresh fish and kept the homemade wine and raki coming. What he has built here is something he should be proud of. - Tzoulieta: Most importantly, a huge thank you to Tzoulieta for keeping us so well fed, taking such good care of us, and keeping everything spotless. The resort and the vibe: The resort itself is beautiful and exceptionally spacious. Unlike standard hotel rooms where you feel cramped, our room was huge, with plenty of space for me, my wife, and our two teenage daughters to relax comfortably. The outdoor setup is fantastic. The pool uses a touch of saltwater rather than heavy chemicals, which was a big plus. The cabana beds and bean bags make poolside lounging top class. We also loved the nature around us. Making friends with the local cats, watching the goats, and listening to the birds added a peaceful, authentic touch to the stay. Location: Location wise, it is ideal.

It was a beautiful, quiet oasis just a short walk to the main town and beaches. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was lovely and the pool was gorgeous! Rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a lovely balcony with are room which was nice.
