Great location, friendly helpful staff and we had a lovely room.

Excellent hotel. Great position. Easy to get everywhere. Very convenient for buses & metro. All the staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was amazing, very good selection. Had drinks in the bar on several days which were good. Housekeeping were very good & very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was amazing. It was close to everything, and taxis are easy to get and much cheaper than UBER. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated. The mood of the staff was mostly upbeat. Housecleaning daily did an amazing job, and you get 2 free waters daily along with a Nespresso in your room. You get robes and slippers to use. Room was spacious and we had a balcony facing the street which was both beautiful and great for people watching. Although it could get noisy at night but not too bad. We got room service one night and the food was incredible and affordably priced.

The only thing that didn't match expectations were the pool areas. They are small but the issue was the furniture. It wasn't the comfortable looking set up on site but old and outdated cheap looking furniture. Hard to find a seat and no towels unless we asked. They could do better with that feature.

Location is great. In the middle of shopping area and many restaurants.

The bed leg was broken. We asked to send someone to fix it , and they did replace the broken bed leg. The next day , we got back to the hotel at 1500, and the room was not cleaned although we did put the sign: please clean my room. The weather in Barcelona was very hot, we were sweating, and wanted a shower, but no clean towels. We went downstairs to reception and they said that they clean rooms until 17:00… not the answer you want to hear when you’re tired and want a shower. So they sent somebody to clean, and after 16:00 we finally were able to go back to our room and take shower. The breakfast is a small buffet with pastries, fruits , cereal. You can order from the menu omelette. We pay over 300 euro per night, And for this price I expected better service, and better breakfast.
