About this chalet rental
Your family and friends can enjoy an entire house to yourselves in the center of town, with a large patio featuring a barbecue, a porch, a trampoline, and mountain views.
Just a few meters away, there’s a promenade along the Sil River, playgrounds, and a river beach. You can visit vineyards, go wine testing, go kayaking, and explore places like Las Medulas, the Sil Canyons, and the Sierra da Enciña da Lastra Natural Park. O Barco is part of the winter route of the Camino de Santiago.
The property is a traditional, three-story detached house, fully renovated and equipped with all modern comforts.
On the lower level, you’ll find a cellar with a full kitchen equipped with an oven, spacious tables that can seat all guests, and direct access to the porch and garden, which is equipped with a barbecue, a table that seats 8 people, additional counter space, as well as chairs and outdoor lighting. Of course, there is also a half-bath.
On the middle floor, there is a kitchen-dining room with mountain views that seats 6–8 people, a separate living room, and four double bedrooms—two of which can accommodate a travel crib. There are two full bathrooms and a terrace with a table and two chairs.
On the top floor, there are two more bedrooms—one double and one triple, both with sloped ceilings—a full bathroom, and a connecting hallway leading to the middle floor.
Both kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and the kitchen on the top floor also has a washing machine.
Beds and towels will be provided based on the number of people listed in the reservation, and any rooms exceeding the confirmed number of guests will be locked. All common areas of the house may be used regardless of the number of guests.
The entire house, including the cellar, is heated. Therefore, when the weather requires it, the heating will be turned on before your arrival and will remain on (approx. 21–22) throughout your stay. The house has Wi-Fi.
Services and common areas
The house, garage, and patio are entirely for your exclusive and private use, and you may use all of these spaces.
Some doors are locked, such as a storage room and a door in the cellar, as well as some cabinets in the lower unit, so we ask that you respect this privacy. These are the only areas that remain locked, but you may use everything else—we simply ask that you use them responsibly.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
If there are smokers among the guests, please smoke exclusively in the garden and use the provided ashtrays.
