La ubicación, las vistas y el precio.
Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero no es problema, ya lo sabía. El problema ha sido que no funcionaba la cisterna del apartamento y no se ha dado solución, ni se ha contestado a los mensajes por parte del propietario.

Very comfortable, very central, very quiet, and excellent value. Two full bedrooms right on the walls of Lugo. Also has a laundry machine.
The check-in was OK but could’ve been smoother. We would have preferred to pay with credit card and receive the instructions before arrival.

La limpieza, la situación en plena muralla, la atención e implicación de Marisol la encargada por q todo estuviera bien. El alojamiento muy acogedor y coqueto. Repetiría 100%

Location is excellent, right by the wall on camino. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in one room, a king bed in the other) Nice decoration. Washing machine (a bit dirty though), nice big bath towel. Well equipped kitchen (but no condiment a all). Clean.
Communication is terrible. They don't respond to my questions at all. Dead silence. One day before I arrived, a stocked message was sent to me telling me that a key code will be provided on the day of my arrival. Around 1:30pm, a message arrived to ask me pay cash. Once inside, again they didn't respond to my questions either. Very strange.
