Casa Roan y Casa Grande

The place is fantastic and having someone pick you up from the Camino itself is a blessing rather than going off the beaten track. The food wine and beds were great and we wished we could have stayed longer

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. It is set in a beautiful rural location and the lift to and from the Camino was great. The hosts could not have been more helpful and we had a really comfortable stay. The evening meal was excellent although it was a shame there were no dairy free puddings available. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing break from the Camino.

Breakfast was a little disappointing mainly because there was very little I could eat as I am unable to eat dairy. Had I known in advance what was for breakfast I would not have opted for it.

Casa Roan Casa Grande was a beautiful little spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Camino de Santiago. The rooms were beautiful, the grounds for the entire location were tranquil, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved it there.

Way too far off the Camino. Shuttle was fine, but was rushed and we did not get to eat at the restaurant we stopped at. Hotel had not fixed their credit card payment machine, so we had to pay cash for the hotel. Which we had not planned on. Proprietor was dismissive regarding our unhappiness at not being able to pay by credit card. Other pilgrims were unhappy with the situation as well. Restaurant was only open for dinner. Since we were basically forced to leave the restaurant and rest stop, because shuttle driver wanted us to get in van, we had no food options, and dinner was not until 7:30p. Would not recommend this hotel.
