We enjoyed the rental property the unit was clean, and very close to the beach access. The property management was very east to work with and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break vacation was fabulous. Townhouse is on the "quieter" end of the beach. Extremely spacious. Location is great. Short walk or drive to shops or restaurants. Grand Marlin and The Fish House were our favorites. We didn't utilize the available trolley, maybe next time. Home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Even though beach view is between 2 front buildings is was spectacular. Multiple decks to enjoy the different views. Kitchen well stocked for all cooking needs. Large laundry room off kitchen was very convenient. Garage was nice. Suburban was an easy fit. Any and all beach items needed were provided. Beds were comfy. We had an issue with accessing Netflix and the property manager was available almost immediately with a new remote and to assist in fixing the issue. Exceptional customer service from the rental agency. The "Ikea" sofa was a little "tired" but still adequate for all our needs. Plenty of seating in the family and dining rooms. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Every thing was great. Only issue was the BBQ pit didn't work so we bought one and left it on the balcony for the next person to use. Weather was very windy so we weren't able to fish much. Location is
