Summary:
Ideally located next to Rosemary Beach for the ultimate 30A beach vacation, this charming cottage has all the comforts of home! Enjoy coffee on the front porch swing or relax by the firepit on the screened backyard porch in the evenings. Take a short one block stroll to the private beach access on 30A for the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico sunset! Beach chairs and towels included! Well-behaved and housebroken pets welcome!
The Space:
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanities with plenty of storage, and a queen bed with french door access to the screened back porch.
The guest bedroom has pocket door access to the guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a queen bed with full bed bunk above, and french door access to the screened back porch.
The kitchen is well-stocked with counter seating for four guests, adjacent to the dining room with a round six-seater table and large family room complete with a smart TV and large cloud sectional sofa for the whole family to enjoy!

Full house access with exception of housekeeping closet.
The Neighborhood:
The private beach access is one block from the house. To get there, go to the end of the street, make a right on 30A, and look for the private beach access sign located three houses down on the left. The last photo of our listing is a picture of the private beach access point. For beach chair and umbrella rentals at this location please contact Dillon’s Beach Services.

Getting Around:
There is ample parking for four vehicles.
Please note the golf cart is no longer available for this property.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that when you arrive you will be supplied with one roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, two packets of laundry detergent, two kitchen garbage bags, and a small bottle of dish soap. These items are intended to get you started, however guests should plan to purchase additional necessities as needed for their stay.
We welcome well-behaved, housebroken pets. A pet fee if $250 will be added. The property has a partially fenced yard and screened back porch. The dead-end street is convenient to walk pets for potty breaks. Pets must be supervised and cannot be left outside unattended. Please pick up after your pets or an additional cleaning fee may apply.
