Enjoy stunning sunsets from the privacy of your balcony or the rooftop infinity pool! This home is in sought after Amapas 353 (w/elevator) 1 block to the beach (behind Blue Chairs, Mantamar & Almar Resort), has two full baths, 2 decks (1 East & 1 West), laundry, dishwasher & everything anyone could need to enjoy a vacation!

The building is small at 21 units, has a daytime caretaker (no sign in or sign out) gym, rooftop pool, cabanas & kitchen w/BBQ & easy access to all the local highlights!

My stay at this property was 10 out of 10 across the board! The accommodations, furnishings, pool, views, etc. all were top notch. Michael and the property manager Andres were very attentive and prompt with all communications - including Andres making an impromptu grocery run and delivery for me. Location was exactly what I wanted - amazing ocean views, close to the beach and close to everything happening in town and the area was very safe. There are some steps down to the beach but I didn't think it was anything unusual or strenuous. The actual unit is really beautiful - tasteful and stylish; very comfortable beds, and stocked with anything you would need for a vacation stay. I will absolutely be booking this place again when I return to Puerto Vallarta. Again 10 out of 10!
