Great location, gorgeous views. The unit is full of interesting art, the kitchen was well equipped. We watched whales right from the table on the patio almost every morning and fireworks at night. There are many, many steps to get down to the beach, but super easy access. We walked to dinner every night, easy to get to everything in the zona Romantica, with a fairly steep walk home. I loved the place being open to the sound of the ocean. The local manager, Roger, was delightful and gave great tips about where to shop and eat nearby. The unit was very clean. One thing to be aware of is the club next door plays loud music during the days, and there is no escaping it if that bothers you.

Our experience with this booking was excellent! Both the host and property manager were kind, helpful and responsive, and the location of the unit suspended on the hillside above Playa Los Muertos was hard to beat. The artisanal decor included an extensive collection of local ceramic sculptures, textile arts, hand-painted tile, and beautiful plants. We sat in the open-air living room and watched a pod of whales swim into the bay every morning while we sipped on our coffee. There are 164 stairs straight down to the beach along the side of the building which have been recently rebuilt, tiled and landscaped. Everything inside the unit was in good shape and worked perfectly. Honestly, a great experience. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The property definitely leans toward the rustic experience and the housekeeping was not up to my personal standards. Love the location! The unit neighbors are not overly friendly to outside guests.
