Located in the popular Playa Bonita building on Los Muertos beach, you will be close to everything that Old Town Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
You can't help but enjoy the flair of this condo located on the second floor. Fall a sleep to the surf and wake with coffee and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful beach. Spend a sun filled day under the private palapas reserved exclusively for Playa Bonita guests or enjoy socializing at the Blue Chairs Resort located next door.
Apartamento para Amigos is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Leave your worries at home and enjoy everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Explore the city with all its wonderful shops & galleries with restaurants and exciting nightlife, all within walking distance of Playa Bonita.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features a King bed in both the Master and Guest room, both with ensuite bath and air conditioning.
The Living room does not have air conditioned.
This unit also features Cable TV with DVD and Ipod/CD player, BBQ Grill (charcoal needed), DSL Wireless, and a laundry room (in-unit) with washer and dryer.
Recent upgrades include new bathrooms. Linens and Towels are all brand new and continually upgraded.
Please note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.
The Living room does not have air conditioned.
PLEASE NOTE:
All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the PVRPV concierge and / or the front desk at the time of check out.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services
Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues
Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Construction Notice
Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.

The property is wonderfully convenient to the beach and ocean with a private beach area. It is a fairly short walk to the Romantic Zone shops, restaurants and bars.

Everything was great for the most part. We always stay in Playa Bonita when we come to PV and have stayed in many units here. This is one of the better ones.
The only criticism I have is the WiFi is not very good so I couldn't do any work while there. Kind of a blessing in disguise but still I would have liked a better connection for the amount we are paying.

We have been coming to PVR for over 20 years and have stayed at Playa Bonita many times before. The location and staff are great. First time in this condo. While the unit was spacious and views spectacular, it is in desperate need of upgrading. LR and deck furniture is uncomfortable. Bedroom drapes need to be either cleaned or replaced. Decor looks original to the building. But this building is one of the best places if you are looking for beach access and proximity as your primary location objective.
