About this apartment rental
Modern ocean front condo with beautiful views of the Bay of Banderas. Located on the popular Los Muertos Beach and a few steps down the stairs puts on you directly on the beach. Also located within an easy walk to everything old town Vallarta has to offer - bars, restaurants, art galleries and the Malecon. An ideal vacation property from which to experience the best of Puerto Vallarta.
This renovated condominium sleeps 4 in two master suites with king size beds - ideal for two couples. (The second bedroom can be converted into two twin beds upon request). It features granite kitchen countertops and marble tile in the bathrooms. Both master suites have plenty of closet. The front bedroom has an ocean view. A large balcony is the focus of the living area with ocean views to the horizon - front row seats to the splendor of the Puerto Vallarta sunsets!
The condo is located a few steps away from the Blue Chairs, Ritmos (Green Chairs) and Mantemar Beach Club.
A few things to note:
- the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with all beach front properties.
- the building has 24 hour security. For everyone's safety, guests are issued a building ID for use on the property and to enter the building - a nice safety measure that keeps the building very secure. The front desk will not allow more than FOUR people to register in this unit.
- NO SMOKING. This is a non smoking building (no smoking in the common areas) and a non smoking condo unit (no smoking anywhere in the unit including the balcony).

I wish I could give Mike more stars. He was absolutely the best. He was very easy to contact before and during our stay. And when we had to deal with an unexpected extended stay, he was more than accomadating. The home is very inviting with a magnificent view of the beach and ocean. We loved the open layout that allowed great views from just about anywhere in the condo. We will be staying there again! Thanks Mike!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at condo Bonita, and the first time in this unit. The Building is conveniently located in the Zona Romantica close to everything. It is right on the beach, and the bonus is that it has its own private beach! That means there are always chairs available and it is serviced by the blue chairs restaurant.Michael was great to work with, always available and responsive. The unit is very bright, open, clean and modern. The fact that the patio doors open right up gives the sense of a much larger space and a flow right out to the balcony. We can’t wait to rent again!
