Villa igea

L'appartement est très spacieux très agréable. Deux salles de bains c'est pratique. C'est propre et bien aménagé décoré. C'est très sympa. Pas de vis à vis on se sent parfaitement chez soi. La climatisation est top dans les deux chambres.

Certes il y a beaucoup de marchés pour rejoindre la gare de la Spezia. Mais finalement on a trouvé un ascenseur qui aide un peu et on a trouvé que c'était plutôt finalement une bonne opportunité pour faire un peu d'exercice 😉. On arrive satisfait à l'appartement 😊. Juste dans la chambre du fond le lit est beau mais il grince dès que l'un des occupants bouge. C'est un peu gênant la nuit car on se réveille si le "voisin" bouge. Un lit tout simple serait aussi bien pour éviter le bruit des mouvements dans le lit.

Groot, leuk terrasje, alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig, zachte handdoeken, lekkere koffie en veel soorten thee, we kregen beschuitjes en cake. De gastvrouw en ook de buurvrouw waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je moet heuvel op met trappen. Met de valiezen was dit minder comfortabel maar zeker doenbaar.

Er hangt een muffe geur in huis. Met wat ramen open te zetten ging de geur wel minderen maar je merkt dat het vochtig is.

Appartamento molto bello, la vera chicca lo spazio esterno pieno di vegetazione con un tavolo stupendo dove poter fare colazione al mattino o cena con vista. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile a darci suggerimenti e farci lasciare i bagagli al mattino appena arrivati. Posto auto riservato a lato strada.

Nulla. Bisogna tenere presente che per arrivare in centro (10 min circa a piedi) ci sono tre rampe di scale ma nulla di impossibile, al massimo si prende l'autobus!

The villa was great with an amazing view. We stayed there during the days we wanted to visit cinque terre. The villa is suitable for families and includes 2 showers and 2 bathrooms, beautifully designed, neat and clean, equipped with everything needed and beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped, including tea coffee and treats for a basic breakfast. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which is a serious advantage. Anna, the hostess is available, kind and wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much

If you plan on going by foot to the city center or the train - bear in mind that there are 412 stairs. We counted them. It's not easy. There is a bus nearby to go downtown.
