Casa di Laura

3-story house in the Old Town section of Chianciano - we go to Chianciano every year for 2 weeks for a sports camp (for our son), and this is by far the best area to stay within the town. Laura was welcoming, friendly, and easy to contact throughout on WhatsApp. The property itself has 2 bedrooms (on different floors, both with bathrooms on the same floor), one with a large double with a seating area and one with twin beds, making it ideal for a family. As well as being close to the best restaurants in Chianciano (again, all in the Old Town!), it has its owns kitchen and dinning area on the ground floor with everything you could need. Breakfast is a selection of fresh / local produce provided by Laura daily. As well as being ideally located for the Old Town, it is also minutes’ walk from the only really useful Grocery Shop in Chianciano (the Co-op) and the town’s leisure complex (with multiple large swimming areas for kids, a small gym etc.). As someone who knows Chianciano as well as a tourist probably can (given our repeated annual visits!), there isn’t really a better option in the town, my definite advice for Chianciano is to stay in somewhere like this and avoid the hotels (as they aren’t up to standard). We would definitely return to Casa di Laura (as this was our first stay).

Casa su più piani davvero ben ristrutturata nel pieno rispetto del contesto, situata in una piazzetta nel silenzioso borgo antico di Chianciano e dotata di tutti i comfort.Tanti particolari di arredamento di buon gusto e la proprieraria Laura persona squisita e disponibilissima.Dopo poche ore ci sembrava che quella casa ci fosse familiare e di averla già vissuta da tempo. Posizione strategica anche per escursioni in Val di Chiana e Val d"Orcia, e comoda perché l'auto si può parcheggiare in un posteggio libero adiacente al centro storico e distante una breve e piacevole passeggiata fra i vicoli. Ci torneremo assolutamente!

In der Casa di Laura kommt man an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und vorbereitet. Da kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Laura ist so freundlich und auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Sie hat uns abgeholt vom Parkplatz und geholfen mit dem Gepäck. Dann gab es auch noch wertvolle Tipps, was man in der Umgebung alles erkunden kann. Man kann hier sehr gut den Flair einer kleinen italienischen Stadt erleben und erreicht sehr gut schöne Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder, was mit 4 Personen (2 Teenagern) sehr praktisch war. Morgens der Blick aus dem Fenster war mein Highlight.

La casa es preciosa, típica casa de pueblo Toscano! Estaba impecable. Laura es una anfitriona muy cálida. Fue una hermosa experiencia vivir esos días en el pueblo! Un sueño realmente! Muchas gracias Laura!
