About this villa rental

The house consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, attic and outside area with 150m2 pool, tennis court, boccia playground and BBQ house.

BASEMENT: there is a kitchen with a large table and a grill fireplace. Small toilet with clothes washing machine.

GROUND FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and small toilet.

FIRST FLOOR:
En suit room 1: double bed with connected bathroom 1
Room 2: double bed
Room 3: 2 single beds

Bathroom 2: shower and bathtub
Bathroom 3: shower

ATTIC: double bed. Attic stairs are lowered electrically

This villa is excellent - very clean and well maintained. Pool is huge- just what we wanted. Also enjoyed bowling and tennis. Location is 20 minute drive from Split airport and 15 minutes from Trogir. You will need a car - nearest shop/ restaurant is 2km away. If you are looking for a quiet location this villa will not disappoint. Mateo was quick to answer any queries and most helpful during our stay. An excellent host. I would definitely recommend!
