About this villa rental
Dalmatian stone house located in a pristine natural environment, on top of a peaceful village Vrsine, the house is surrounded by ancient olive trees, the distance from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea (Poljica, Marina and Vranjica) is only 2 km, just 15 minutes away from the magical Trogir and 20 minutes away from the airport. Within a stone wall enclosed courtyards, are the main house, a small stone cottage with a fireplace (fireplace), a heated pool with outdoor shower, covered terrace with large table and a place for parking.
The ground floor is dominated by a large living room, which connects with the kitchen. Each of the three rooms has its own bathroom. Rooms on the first floor with double king size bed, and every room and a bed for children (length 170 cm). Room on the ground floor with twin beds.
The house offers all the advantages of traditional Dalmatian style, where you stone walls and windows screened by wooden "shutters" protect against extreme heat in summer and keep warm on cold winter nights.
Pool heating is available on request.
March–May: €30 per day, minimum €150 per stay.
June: free of charge on request.
July–August: €30 per day on request.
September: free of charge on request.
October–November: €30 per day, minimum €150 per stay.
Please request pool heating at least 5 days before arrival.

Amazing stay – we’ll definitely be back! The apartment is in a fantastic location – just minutes from the sea with a beautiful pool. The equipment and furnishings were excellent, everything we needed was there. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so I could work remotely without any issues. Only 20 minutes from the airport, yet it was incredibly peaceful – we didn’t see or hear a single plane. Truly a place worth recommending. We’ll definitely return!

The villa is located in an absolutely quiet place sitting on an elevated position and thus overlooking the village and surrounding hills. This gives 100% privacy (over our 10 days stay no passers-by, no traffic).
The place is very well maintained, super-clean and appropriately equipped with appliances, plates, cutlery, etc. Own car is a must as the village offers no shops/restaurants (but in 10-15 min drive you can get all what is needed).
If looking for a quiet place in Dalmatia - search no more.

We cannot offer enough praise for this wonderful house and its hosts. Upon arrival, David greeted us with warmth and platters of meet, cheese, olives, bread and wine. The pool was the perfect place to cool off, and the A/C much appreciated in the heat wave. All of the suggestions for local restaurants and beaches were excellent, and the location was great for short hops to Marina/Trogir, and slightly longer trips to Krka, Split, and Sibenik. The kitchen was well equipped (though we used it for lunches/breakfasts and mostly ate out for dinners) and the bedroom configurations just right for our two families. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
