The villa consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment of 83 m² with exit to the groundfloor terrace of 80m² , two apartments of 35 m² each with exit to the terrace of 85 m² . It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , 3 kitchens, an area for dining and a living room. It is suitable for accommodation of 10 people. The whole villa is fully equiped including, TV, Wi-Fi, airconditioner.The ground floor and the first floor are connected by exterior staircase.
There is an outdoor swimming pool of 60m² in front of the villa. There is an outdoor shower, barbecue, parking space,a garden with lawn surrounded by trees and two vineyards.

We were a party of 6 people.
The villa was more than everything we needed.
Very responsive host, Thankyou Gordana! and villa was very clean. Loved the way the villa gave our party the space and privacy with individual appartments with the ease to get together for food, games and drinks.
Pool was a fantastic size and very much needed in the heat of the day.
A 20min drive to beautiful Trogir forfood and drinks.
We had a brilliant day out on a speedboat for the islands and fun on quad bikes.
Gordana gave us plenty of recommendations and answered any questions when needed.
Would we recommend the villa??? Yes!!! Perfect for family and friends to enjoy beautiful Croatia.

So, this villa sits amongst the hills, about a 20/25 minute trip from the airport.
The closest town is Trogir, which is a beautiful medieval walled town which then open up onto the sea where the surrounding islands are visible, it's stunning.
The villa itself is perfectly appointed for one large family or two small families. Everything you need is here.
The outside is magnificent. The swimming pool is huge! The garden has grape vine from which the owner makes wine.
Also growing are tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, borlotti beans and more. Using these for our lunches was really quite special.
The owners were just brilliant with us. Gordana gave us numbers for taxi's, bought us cushions for the seating around the pool, allowed us to leave our luggage there before check in time... Just so helpful. I would recommend this villa to my closest friends and family. It really is that special.
Would recommend anybody to hire a car here.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und liegt etwas abseits, so dass man für sich alleine ist. Trotzdem kann man den Ort Trogir (ca. 12 km entfernt) schnell erreichen. Dort kann man auch Lebensmittel kaufen. Auch andere Ausflugsziele sind gut mit dem Pkw zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!!!
