Perfect for groups of 8 people, this private holiday villa near Trogir, offers mesmerizing views of the sea and the islands. Here you can enjoy excellent location within walking distance to the beach and within a short drive to restaurants, city and with plenty of sights in the nearby area
Villa Adria View II offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a vivid-colored living area.
There is an outdoor summer kitchen with grill facilities and an alfresco dining area.
The pool terrace is fitted with sun loungers and a coffee table corner. The pool comes with a heating option included, which is very convenient in the preseason and in the postseason.
This holiday villa stretches over two floors and has 193 square meters of living space. The surface of the estate is 400 square meters.
All 4 bedrooms come with a king-size bed and an independent air-conditioning unit. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and it has direct access to the pool terrace. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor share a long balcony with glassed fenced and spectacular sea views. The fourth bedroom is also on the upper floor and also features a balcony.
In oneof the bedrooms on the upper floor, the king-size bedcan be converted into twin beds, on request, with prior notice. Furthermore, ababy cot isavailable on request.
Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, satellite channels, and Netflix are available free of charge.
The washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are available.
Two parking lots are secured on-site.
During your stay in the Villa Adriatic View II with a heated pool, you will receive ongoing support from the villa manager and private concierge agents. Whether you want to have groceries delivered to the villa, hire a private chef, or a babysitter, it can be easily arranged. Absolutely stunning views! The property is set in a beautiful setting, with plenty of bars in walking distance. So much to see and do in the local area. We never tired of the view.

Hi this is a lovely, spacious villa with a fantastic view!! It is very well located for trips to Split and the spectacular Krka waterfalls - if you have a car. The only thing i minded was the stairs leading to the house.

Nice place with a great view. A couple of minutes drive from downtown Trogir. The host was very communicative and I would stay here of visiting again.
