A lovingly updated split-level with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on a quiet lane in the Northern portion of Sunriver, Tan Oak 2 offers everything you need for a great Sunriver Stay! Downstairs houses 2 Bedrooms and a Full bath while upstairs has an Open Kitchen/Dining/Living space with a 65" LG Smart TV plus a third bedroom and a 3/4 bath. In the garage are Ping Pong and Foosball for your enjoyment.
Downstairs:
Walk in and head downstairs to find the laundry room, garage access, two bedrooms and a full bath.
Bedroom 1:
Down the hall to your right is Bedroom 1 with a Bunk Bed and a high Queen bed.
Bedroom 2:
The second Bedroom downstairs has a King Bed and a 32" flatscreen with Cable.
Bathroom:
Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with a Shower/Tub combination.
Upstairs:
Walk upstairs from the front door and you'll be greeted by the updated Kitchen with the Dining and Living room to your right and the Upstairs Bedroom to your left.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen has a stainless Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher and Oven, plus an in-counter Glass top Stove top with 6 burners in the island. There are 3 seats at the island bar.
Dining:
The Dining area seats 8 at the table with extra chairs in the main bedroom closet and between the kitchen and dining room is a door that leads to the upstairs deck with gas BBQ and outside dining in the warm months.
Living:
The Living area houses a sectional couch with chaise and a recliner to enjoy the gas Stove for ambiance and warmth plus a 65" LG Smart TV to watch your favorite shows. There are large windows that will give you plenty of natural light.
Bedroom:
The upstairs Bedroom has a King bed and 32" flatscreen with cable. It's attached to the upstairs 3/4 bath with shower that is also accessible via the hallway. There is also a walk-in closet and a sliding glass door with access to the Hot Tub.
Deck:
The upstairs deck has the gas BBQ and the Hot Tub with outside dining and a lower section for chatting and relaxing.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC waterpark, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill

This home had plenty of space for five adults. The main kitchen-dining-living room space was great for socializing and spending time together. The deck and hot tub were plusses. The management company was responsive and helpful when we had questions. There were plenty of towels (I took beach towels and didn't need to) and the bath products provided were really nice.

We were expecting a little more considering the very high summer rate we paid. The house itself and the furnishings seemed cheap but nice. This is not a VRBO property; it's managed through another company. Pros: good communication with mgmt company, easy to find, easy check-in and check-out, clean and quiet. Cons: lots of stairs, steep driveway, loose spindles on outside entry stairs vibrate, much darker inside than the pictures show especially downstairs, no room in garage for a car, not safe for an older person, bring your own bikes or rent as the bikes here are tired and uncomfortable. We slept here to be close to a family reunion down the street where we spent most of our time in their beautiful, light, well-appointed home.

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to. Property management had fantastic communication and could be reached virtually any time, even offering to refill toiletries if need be.
The place was thoroughly cleaned, and the AC had the house perfectly cool when we arrived.
Would stay again!
