About this house rental
This home was purchased in December 2012 and has been completely remodeled and updated for your enjoyment!
We also own the 3BR/2bath cabin next door which is available as an additional rental for larger groups.

This home has heated master bathroom floor, WiFi, 60 inch flat screen TV and smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms, central AIR CONDITIONING, Tesla charger and much more!
We have a strict NO PET Policy and NO, we do not make exceptions, sorry!
We have 4 bedrooms:
1) Master suite with king sized bed (Pack-n-Play crib, Air Mattress in closet)
2) 2nd master suite with a queen bed;
3) 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and
4) 4th bedroom has a twin over full sized bunk bed and twin+trundle bed.
For your use, there are 10 SHARC passes and 10 bikes (8 adult bikes, two child bikes), 2 strollers (one BOB single revolution stroller and one double stroller that converts to a bike trailer) and a tag-along child bike.
*** Unfortunately, due to COVID outbreaks, staffing shortages and poor air quality, the SHARC may not be operating at full capacity. Please check the SHARC website :(https://www.sunriversharc.com) before your stay for the latest information on hours of operation/closures and be prepared to be flexible! ****
This home is located off of Cottonwood road and Beaver Drive and is central to all that Sunriver has to offer: the SHARC pool, tennis courts, Sunriver Village, Golf courses, miles of biking trails and rafting on the Deschutes River and is a quick 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor.

We stayed for baseball tournament weekend, and it was a lovely house overall. The kitchen stove probably needs replaced as the burners took a very long time to heat up, and the cookware was not non stick so it was not fun to cook on. A few of the bikes had flat tires, so we had to switch the baby trailer to another bike. Minor inconveniences, but the house was at a great location, hot tub was clean, and the house too. Would stay again!

We were so busy that we really did not get a chance to ride bikes, play ping pong, or go into the hot tub! We had family over for lunch and breakfast. The space was perfect for a family gatherings
