This three bedroom home has high ceilings in the living room, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This Beautiful single level home has outdoor amenities including a hot tub off the Master, a gas BBQ, and bikes located in the 2 car garage. There is an extended bar with room for everyone to gather around or pitch in on the prep. There is Dining room seating for everyone at the table and comfortable seating for everyone in the Living room.
Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the Main bedroom with En Suite, which houses a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private exit to the hot tub.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom houses a Queen-sized bed as well and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3:
The final bedroom has two sets of standard Bunk beds, perfect for the small humans in your world.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had a couple questions regarding the trash bins outside being full before we arrived, the fridge water not working and if the home had a garage door opener. All our questions were answered timely. Fridge water is still not working, but they said maintenance would be looking into it. The home was well stocked with towels, extra linens,

What a great stay. Super close to the amenities we wanted, clean home with lots of kitchen supplies! Beds are comfie. Only downside is the queen bed is hard for short or older people to get onto as it’s very tall. Otherwise it was great.

Close to fort rock park, and only a 7 minute bike ride from the SHARC. We used the passes almost every day. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Door from house to garage doesn't close. Blinds in living room broken. Some electrical outlets don't work. No laundry soap. Pool towels need replacement. Top to blender doesn't fit bottom. Different brand. Pots and pans are DREADFUL. All need to be replaced. Teflon scratched off and not usable. I mentioned much of this after last summer's stay and nothing was improved. House is tired and needs lots of updates.
