About this house rental
Our 3-bedroom Sunriver home is the perfect place to enjoy the year-round sunshine and beauty of Central Oregon. Spacious 1600 square feet Sunriver home, great location, only a mile and a half from the Sunriver village and less than a mile from the SHARC aquatic center. 8 SHARC passes provided at no extra charge and also include tennis courts, pickleball courts, and sledding hill. Sleeps 8 maximum. Fort Rock Park is only a 1/2 mile away. Large green space behind house. Big hot tub on L-shaped deck, gas BBQ, 12 bikes.
Huge great room w/vaulted ceiling and skylights is open to kitchen and dining area, wi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD/CD and wood-burning stove with firewood provided. Fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, granite counters, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and every spice possible! Everything you need to feel at home. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet, and one with 2 sets of bunks (4 beds total). Main level also has a full bathroom and laundry.
The spacious master bedroom is upstairs w/vaulted ceiling, flat screen TV, new king bed, full bathroom with new granite counters w/double sinks, walk-in closet, French doors to a private deck.

My children and I booked 2 homes as a Christmas weekend instead of buying presents to make memories and have quality family time.This house may be smaller footage wise but feels way bigger with the open floor plan. We had 13 people for breakfast (2 houses combined) and there was plenty of space and did not feel crowded! The littles loves the bunk room, and called it the kids counters The owner, Linda, was wonderful to communicate with.We will definitely be renting again in the future!

We were a group of 5----me, my daughter, 2 granddaughters and a boyfriend. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all of our needs, there was wood for the fire and the hottub was very accessible---we could all go in togther when we wanted to. We loved our week there!

Great property for my wife and I along with our four kids and my two parents to stay for a week long vacation. We all found a bike to use in the garage. The hot tub in the back yard was clean and easy to use. And it was of course great to have a SHARC pass for everyone! Linda was easy to get ahold of when we had a question and very pleasant to talk to. We hope to return!
