With four bedrooms, a private hot tub, bikes, games, and an EV charger, the home is thoughtfully equipped for an easy Central Oregon getaway.
The main living area is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace that makes cool mornings and quiet evenings especially inviting. A small air-conditioning unit in the living room provides added comfort during warmer summer days.
Nearby, the dining table seats eight, giving everyone a place to gather for meals, card games, and conversations that tend to linger a little longer on vacation. The fully stocked kitchen has the essentials for everything from a quick breakfast before a bike ride to a relaxed family dinner at the end of the day.

The queen ensuite offers a peaceful place to settle in, with a comfortable queen bed and convenient access to a full bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination.
Downstairs
Three additional bedrooms give families plenty of flexibility. Bedroom One features a full bed. Bedroom Two includes a twin bunk bed that is well suited for younger guests. And, the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk room sleeps three for cousins, siblings, or friends traveling together. A second full bathroom serves the lower level.
Smart TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi make it easy to enjoy a quiet evening indoors when the day's adventures are complete.
Outside, Sunriver is waiting. Take one of the four adult cruiser-style bikes and wander along miles of paved pathways, visit the Sunriver Nature Center, explore The Village at Sunriver, or spend an afternoon near the Deschutes River. Back at the house, challenge the family to foosball or cornhole before slipping into the private hot tub for a well-earned soak beneath the Central Oregon sky.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

We had a great time - the hot tub was nice and hot . I didn’t realize there was a railroad track so close to the house , but it was kind of exciting . The house was clean , the beds comfortable , the decks were awesome.

The hot tub was clean, the house was so comfortable, it's in a great location, and we had plenty of space for the 9 of us! It was pet friendly, and we would love to return!

There were quite a few insects inside the property. Lots of Ants, moths, etc.
The owners may want to consider getting a pest control company in there sooner than later.
