This split-level charmer has 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor while offering all the amenities for a perfect getaway. This home comes with 8 SHARC passes, open main floor with a beautifully vaulted cedar planked ceiling, two covered decks sprawling the back side of the home, a covered hot tub, AC, wood burning fireplace, indoor and outdoor games, 7 adult and 4 youth bikes, and a BBQ.

The house was very comfortable for my family of 4. Kids ages 11 and 8. Hit tub was warm and wonderful, walking distance to SHARC and The Village.
