This split-level charmer has 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor while offering all the amenities for a perfect getaway. This home comes with 8 SHARC passes, open main floor with a beautifully vaulted cedar planked ceiling, two covered decks sprawling the back side of the home, a covered hot tub, AC, wood burning fireplace, indoor and outdoor games, 7 adult and 4 youth bikes, and a BBQ.

Wonderful place to stay. So close to the Village and SHARQ, very well stocked kitchen, lots of stuff for kids if needed, private hot tub, cozy living room, comfy beds, and a great place for our Sunriver getaway. Would stay here again!

Very well appointed, clean, everything easy. Would definitely stay again. The tiniest nit: the thermostat is in the basement and the A/C isn't supposed to be set below 70, so it can get warm upstairs in hot weather.
