About this house rental
Known affectionately as the Sasquatch Home, Witchhazel 20 captures the rugged charm of Sunriver living while offering the comforts needed for a restorative getaway with family and friends. Tucked among the pines and just a short bike ride from The Village and SHARC, this 3-bedroom retreat is well suited for every season of Central Oregon adventure.
Inside, leather sofas invite guests to gather beside the rustic stone fireplace, where a large Smart TV offers an easy setting for movie nights, quiet evenings, or post-adventure relaxation. Above, wood-lined vaulted ceilings lend the living room the warm, grounded character of a classic mountain lodge.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range and breakfast bar, creating an easy flow for morning coffee, casual meals, and conversation while dinner comes together. The adjoining dining area provides a welcoming place to gather, while the outdoor barbecue and picnic table make it simple to enjoy meals beneath the pines.
The first floor includes a queen bedroom and full bathroom, offering convenience and comfort for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and hallway bathroom provide additional restful spaces. Each bedroom includes its own TV, allowing everyone to unwind at their own pace.
The upstairs loft adds flexibility with a TV, full sleeper sofa, and access to an upper deck, creating a quiet perch for reading, lounging, or additional sleeping space.
For days spent exploring Sunriver, the garage includes 4 adult-size bikes and large river tubes for making the most of nearby trails and summer floats along the Deschutes River. Guests with electric vehicles will also appreciate the 14-50 plug with Tesla charging adapter.

Overall, property was well kept and clean. There was enough firewood to have a fire going for the 4 days stayed. Its a very peaceful and quite neighborhood. The house and room were vary spacious. Large enough to accomidate 9 guests comfortably and each room had its own tv which was great.

Better than pictured and described. It had more than what we hoped for. Very clean and stocked well! Easy to communicate with managers. I wish check in wasn’t 5, that was hard, but we did get in at 4 so that was a bonus. We loved the bikes it came with. The kayaks and tubes were there along with life jackets and air pumps. The house was so beautifully decorated and smelled great. We can’t wait to go back in winter time.
