Known affectionately as the Sasquatch Home, Witchhazel 20 is a welcoming Sunriver vacation rental that blends classic mountain charm with the comforts families and friends appreciate. Surrounded by towering pines and just a short bike ride from The Village at Sunriver and SHARC, this 3-bedroom home offers a convenient base for year-round Central Oregon adventures.
The inviting living room features comfortable leather sofas, a rustic stone fireplace, and a large Smart TV, creating the perfect setting for movie nights, quiet mornings, or relaxing after a day on the trails. Vaulted, wood-lined ceilings add warmth and character, giving the space the cozy feel of a traditional Sunriver mountain retreat.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range and breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with the group. Gather around the adjoining dining table for family dinners, or take your meal outdoors and enjoy the barbecue and picnic table beneath the pines.
The main level includes a queen bedroom and full bathroom, providing a convenient option for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, guests will find a king bedroom, a second queen bedroom, and a shared hallway bathroom. Each bedroom includes its own TV, allowing everyone to relax on their own schedule.
The upstairs loft provides additional flexibility with a full sleeper sofa, TV, and access to an upper deck. It is a comfortable spot for reading, lounging, or accommodating additional guests.
Four adult-size bikes are provided for exploring Sunriver’s scenic paved trails, while large river tubes make summer floats along the Deschutes River even more enjoyable. Guests traveling with an electric vehicle will also appreciate the 14-50 outlet with a Tesla charging adapter.

Overall, property was well kept and clean. There was enough firewood to have a fire going for the 4 days stayed. Its a very peaceful and quite neighborhood. The house and room were vary spacious. Large enough to accomidate 9 guests comfortably and each room had its own tv which was great.

Better than pictured and described. It had more than what we hoped for. Very clean and stocked well! Easy to communicate with managers. I wish check in wasn’t 5, that was hard, but we did get in at 4 so that was a bonus. We loved the bikes it came with. The kayaks and tubes were there along with life jackets and air pumps. The house was so beautifully decorated and smelled great. We can’t wait to go back in winter time.
