The staff the breakfast the foyer and the rooms
There is no air conditioning in the building. I am told it’s heat til May and then Cool air after but you can’t have both. We were extremely hot at night and had to leave the balcony door open all every night. They really need to change this system.
There was an odor in the foyer I don’t know what it was but certainly didn’t smell great. I presume this isn’t something that’s there all the time but for the few days I was there it wasn’t that nice.

Everything was okay, rooms were clean and just enough space for two people. The distance from the hotel to the Cathedral could take 15-20 mins walking. Not a location wise but if you like walking it's good. And if you want tranquility its the best place to be.
Nothing much just a bit pricey and maybe no coffee machine in the room, and no hotel irons in the room it would be very helpful. But it didn't affect my stay. All good.

Great location for an easy 20 minute walk into Santiago Old Town.
Comfortable room.
Breakfast at added cost but reasonable priced
No facilities in room to make hot drink.
No facilities/ drink machine available to make hot drink from 10:30am until 4pm when bar opened.
Safe available in room but had to pay for use.

Property was clean, on the Camino route. Good breakfast. Nice to be able to sit in the gardens.
Rooms were warm, air conditioning didn’t work very well so had to have window open. Garbage was collected at 3am and in busy road so didn’t get a good nights sleep. Booked the hotel for the swimming pool after the Camino but despite it being 27 degrees when we arrived it had already been closed for the season. Wasn’t cheap so was disappointed to find no tea-coffee making facilities were available and apart from room service you couldn’t get a drink in other parts of the hotel till 4pm.
