Beautiful property with top notch decor. One can appreciate it as a museum !
None at all! Loved everything about it. Only opportunity for improvement is to train reception staff to be less curt, especially at check in when guest are tired from their camino and travels, and for waitstaff at breakfast to be more attentive.

Location and history can’t be beat. It’s like staying in a museum. Breakfast was nice.
Uncomfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and tub (amazing after the Camino) but crummy products no robes and an ancient hairdryer, lamp next to the bed was completely broken (just balancing on the arm!), and pillows were so thin. Overall you’re paying for the location and name, but I’m positive we could have had a better cheaper stay a block away and been happier. This is not a luxury experience. Hotel is also under construction, which kind of distracted from the experience. No gym, pool, spa, etc. Just a disappointment for what we’d hoped would be a real treat after walking the Camino. Lesson learned!
