The triple room was more like an apartment, more spacious than I expected. The location could not have been better. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend the Os Sobrinos restaurant downstairs for reasonably-priced, simple, but tasty Galician fare.
The were some noises from the stairwell and upstairs rooms, but nothing significant.
The kitchen facilities could have been better; for example, there was no toaster. But we still managed fine with what we had.

We received prompt replies several times when checking where to leave luggage. On arrival, check-in was helped by a young man who was very polite and moved through this very quickly. Room was large and spacious and very comfortable. Nice shower recess. Defintely would want to return there for the location and very friendly staff including cleaning staff.

The room was small but fairly comfortable and clean. The bed was ok but the pillows could have been better. The location was fantastic within walking distance of all the main sights.
The noise from the floor above was long and loud. Old building without any soundproofing led to a poor nights sleep.
