Hotel Santiago Plaza, Affiliated by Meliá

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful.

Very noisy especially in the mornings with the cleaning staff. Unfortunately we were not able to sleep any later than 7am due to the loud noise. Our toilet inside our bathroom would make a loud banging sound every time our neighbour would flush their toilet which would wake us up during the night! Also their seems to be a lack of transport (taxis) as there is no Uber available in Santiago be prepared to wait a while for a taxi (but to be fair the reception staff were always helpful when ordering a taxi for us)

Staff were exceptional. Gym set up was ok but not aligned with advanced equipment space needs.

Gym set up. Also need some free weights.

The location was good, hotel cleanliness was good

Pretty far from santiago de compostela cathedral

Parking so we didn’t have to use the car and comfortable room

Limited dinner menu choice with expensive breakfast
