Hotel Pfaff

Amazing location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and if we had questions they were quickly answered. Breakfast was delicious.

Traditional style hotel with local character. Seating area outside and inside for drinks/food. Didn't eat there so can't comment on quality.

Building a little tired and in need of some love. Room quite small and cosy. Bathroom very small.

Location was fantastic and close to many attractions and public transport. The staff were very friendly and we loved having a good place to eat just downstairs. Our view from the balcony was also very lovely.

The bed was quite hard. It would have been nice to have some shampoo and conditioner available in the room and maybe even a kettle to make your own tea or coffee.

The location is great, because it is right in the center of the town. One evening we ordered the rump steak, Schnitzel, Hirschragout for us at the restaurant and everyone was happy with their choice. The people working there are nice and attentive. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. A little bit of everything. And the balcony for the hotel guests is a wonderful idea. I enjoyed an hour in the afternoon with a Cappuccino there. I also appreciated that the room was not carpeted.

The room appeared to still be in the transition to be renovated. The laminate didn't quite reach the wall , one outlet cover was half broken and another half hidden behind panels. I felt that there was too much furniture for the small room. I only mention this because we couldn't open the wardrobe. We had to open the windows at night as it got too hot inside, and you could hear the water falls, but unfortunately also the traffic. I was very disappointed with the room when I checked in and wondered about the reviews I have read. I still believe that it is possible to make more of the room and the general appearance in the hotel, but I must also mention that everyone was nice and attentive and that it appears that the owners are young and doing their best. It may be a possibility to discount the rooms that are still being renovated a bit.
