    The best view I've ever had was my Mula Hotel's 2 nights stay with outlooking The Blue Mosque from my balcony. Also this was the best breakfast I have ever had in any 5 star hotels so far. Summary: I will again book soon and stay there gladly.

    I had a disappointing experience at Mula Hotel. The promotional photos are very misleading — The reception doesn’t look like the photos at all, the view of the photo is not accessible, and the room looked quite different from what was shown online, super small. The sink in our room was broken and smelled terrible. After complaining, they did offer to change the room, but only at a specific time that didn’t work for us — so we had to stay another night with the smell. The shower water kept turning cold randomly, which happened multiple times during a short shower — very frustrating. Worst of all, the staff attitude was poor. A cleaning staff member on the second floor insulted the cleanliness of our room, not realizing we understood Turkish. That was really unprofessional and offensive. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this was unacceptable. Also, be careful with payment — no matter how badly you're treated, they won’t offer any refund.
