An excellent hotel with a perfect location for exploring Istanbul’s main tourist attractions on foot. The view is absolutely fantastic, and despite being only 100 meters away from the busy Sultanahmet area, the hotel is situated in a surprisingly quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The staff deserves a 10/10 — extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was diverse, fresh, and of very good quality. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Location and room temperature

Room service was spotty due to Eid.. Also streets around gets crowded during Eid.. So book accordingly.. Otherwise great location for visiting attractions...

Location was great. All the famous sights were within a walking distance.

At first, even though we reached out beforehand to ask for a specific room, we were given a different one. The staff tried to convince us it is the same room, but then told us we could switch rooms in the morning. In the morning, they tried to make us wait from 9 to 14 in order to get to our room, but after we said we need to rest and use the room they told us we were 'lucky' and the room is cleaned early and then took us to the room we booked. Besides the receptionists, who were not very polite, the staff did not speak any English making it very difficult to communicate. The room was not very clean, the floors were dusty, the bathroom ventilation was not working, also when they realized we were using the AC they just turned it off for our room. Everything in the room was quite old, you could tell the things need to be changed or they were not maintained properly. At breakfast, you would have to be early even though it ends at 10:30, they did not refill the food.
