Lo staff eccezionale, ci hanno accolto benissimo e curato in ogni nostra richiesta. Anche la posizione ottima a raggiungere il tram t1 e le principali attrazioni in zona. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la stanza, ma lo staff è subito intervenuto a sistemarli con cordialità e simpatia. Anche il servizio di transfer in aeroporto ben organizzato. Siamo stati benissimo!
Curerei un po’ di più la pulizia e alcune rifiniture nelle stanze.

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación y el precio, excelente ubicación y buen precio.
El alojamiento estaba totalmente sucio, tanto las toallas, sábanas, como el suelo. Es una pena que un hotel recién renovado esté tan mal cuidado. El desayuno poca variedad, desayuno turco total, no es continental. Los trabajadores generalmente amables, hablan inglés genial para comunicarse lo básico.
