Welcome to Sea Esta in Cinnamon Beach! This is a truly unique home offering not one, not two but three King Master Suites with en-suite full baths for each. This ideal set up for family and friends offers maximum privacy and beautiful views. Let’s walk through it.
The 1st level invites with the lakefront King Master Suite right off the pool. This bedroom offers panoramic views of the lake and pool with the enormous picture window and French doors leading to the Saltwater Pool area. The entertainment room complete with Smart TV also resides on the first level! This is a perfect area for watching games, your favorite movies, or just get away from it all while listening to the waterfall effects and drift off for a nap before hitting the beach again.
Venturing up to the 2nd level, you'll find the second lakefront King Master Suite with a stylish en-suite full bath. Meander around the breezeway to the twin over full bunk bedroom paired with a trundle, this bedroom also has an attached full bath! There is a desk/workstation on this level if you need to, but who wants to work while on vacation. Step outside to the balcony and take in the views of the lake and breathe in the fresh ocean air.
The 3rd level is where the Viking gourmet kitchen, generous dining area and the sunny main living area provided by the wall of windows awaits. This home exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place for three couples or adult family members to stay because each has their own master bedroom suite, master bath, and separate outdoor sitting areas. It also has a kids room with its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, the outdoor furniture was high quality, the BBQ grill was clean and there were plenty of beach towels, wagon, chairs, and a canopy umbrella. The beach and resort pools are a short five minute walk. Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals did an exceptional job in quickly responding to any questions. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property.
House was very clean, well appointed, new appliances, great bedrooms and bathrooms.
Great place for kids, parents and grandparents!
We visited universal park, NASA Kennedy space center, St. Augustine, pirate museum and went to a movie.
This home and community are very safe, clean and close to all you need.
We have visited the Palm Coast area for over 10 years and this is one of our favorite homes !
My only issue is the pool area needs some attention.
The landscaping is overgrown, weeds in the pool deck and landscaping area. The hedge behind the fence blocks the view of the lake.
