Ocean Reef features an incredible outdoor living space including a private pool and hot tub, courtyard cabana, dining/lounge area, fireplace complete with TV, and private outdoor shower for washing away the salt and sand after a long relaxing day at the beach.
Ocean Reef offers three floors of luxurious living and is located steps from the sand in the charming, gated community of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock.
The ground floor of this home features two comfortable guest bedrooms (Queen Bedroom & 2 Twin Bedroom) with a jack-n-jill bathroom, a spacious guest living area, and a sitting room with sleeper sofa off the patio and another in the living space, that can be utilized as an additional guest bedroom if you desire. There's a conveniently located powder room off your two-car garage, and of course the Elevator is available to transport your luggage and groceries to the upper floors.
Ocean Reef boasts the nicest pool and patio setup in all of Cinnamon Beach. The pool and hot tub are completely screened-in, and there is lots of covered space as well for those who want to sit by the fireplace on a cool evening or stay out of the sun on those summer days. Rain or shine, your family will absolutely love it here! Fire up the grill or relax with a cold drink. Rinse off in the outdoor shower when you get out of the pool or after a long day at the beach.
On the second floor of this brilliant home, you'll find a spectacular island kitchen that flows perfectly to a terrific beach-style dining area, magnificent living room with wood inset ceilings, wet bar, and giant outdoor balcony. Brew up you cup of morning coffee in the Keurig or Drip Coffee maker. The entire floor is outfitted with gorgeous sand-colored tile that looks just like wood. You'll absolutely love the wide-open layout on this floor, which is ideal for family gatherings, either inside or outside. Revel in the serenity of beach living. Open one or more of the three French doors along the front of the house, and you'll hear waves crashing in just outside. The luxurious master suite is privately tucked away on the rear side of the second floor, featuring wood ceilings, a huge walk-in closet, and a giant glassed-in shower in the bathroom. We had a wonderful time and Cinnamon Beach Vacations took care of everything. We called at 5:00 on Friday afternoon to say that the downstairs wasn't cooling as well as it should. They responded quickly and had someone there and it fixed by 7:30! Our home was wonderful and very clean! As a grandmother this is a must!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Our family had a wonderful time! It was the first time we rented this house. It was so perfect for accommodating our big crew where we had four kids under the age of four. Having the splash pad, activity center, pool and beach close by kept them super busy. We loved the layout of the house as everyone had space to relax but then we gathered for every meal on the second floor. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property! No issues prior, during or after the rental. The management company was so easy to work with and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We made so many wonderful memories.

This is the 3rd year we have rented this house. Great space with lots of room to spread out when you are not all gathering on them main floor. House shows the normal wear and tear of any rental property, but Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals has a super responsive staff to respond to any needs. Absolutely recommend renting a cabana from Dylan at Coastal Cabanas.. He can also provide you with tips on navigating the rocks, getting to the awesome sandbar, and other water actives. Super helpful! We pay for the week and he has us set up every morning!Community is very safe but you should be careful with the rocks. Pay attention to the tides.

The community and amenities at the community are A. The house...is ok. Good location to pools and beach access. But for the cost/night, they should be able to provide tissues and actual hand soap...just felt kind of cheap. The house was clean but the beach gear is totally rusted and gross and we didn't use it. The pool is nice but without loungers back there, not really someplace to spend a lot of time. Overall...great community but we would pick a different house if we ever wanted to go back.
