Atlantic Breeze – Lakefront Home with Pool & a Short Walk to Cinnamon Beach
Feel the Atlantic Breezes! This lovely home offers an ideal layout for a family or group of friends. This home features a pool and is located on the lake in the Cinnamon Beach. From Atlantic Breeze you will enjoy the short stroll to the beach and community amenities. Located Near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.
As soon as you enter this home you are greeted with a sophisticated color pallet to set the stage for a luxury vacation feel. A spacious open concept layout is showcased on the main floor. The pool table opens up to the kitchen, dining and living spaces that flow out to the lanai and pool.
The spectacular kitchen has what you need to create memorable meals during your stay and plenty of space to gather. Additional seating at the kitchen counter is the perfect place to eat a snack before heading to the beach. Also on the 1st level is a half bathroom and convenient laundry room.
There is a lovely master bedroom suite featuring a King Bed and bright master bathroom. The private master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.
As you head upstairs, you will find 4 guest bedrooms. 3 of these bedrooms are King Suites. The other bedroom invites with 2 Full beds, great for the kids and extended family. All bedrooms feature HDTVs to fall asleep to your favorite shows. 3 full bathrooms are on this 2nd level.
In the backyard, you can lounge by the heated saltwater pool and take in the fresh ocean air. Or fire up the grill while taking in the view of the lake.
When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

Lovely house with large rooms, good-size kitchen, and a great pool. It was very clean, and we appreciated how large the washer and dryer were. The pool table and foosball table were a lot of fun for the kids. The best part was the nearness of the awesome zero-entry kids’ pool that included a little kids’ water slide. We spent hours there, watching our nervous nelly kiddos get brave in the water. The beach was beautiful, but there were rocks in the ocean. We didn’t see the sign for them at first, but once we knew about them, we just moved further down the beach where there were no rocks. Our son LOVED the rocks, though, because they collected several varieties of colorful fish. The “Quiet Pool” was a big hit for some of our party that needed a break from the wildness. We rented two umbrellas and 4 chairs for a few days, and that was a great way to hang at the beach for hours at a time. Lastly, the ladies who work in the office are AMAZING! A huge help in getting vehicle passes, and just communication in general. A few tips: Buy disposable utensils and plates, extra kitchen rags and towels, and a big bag of ice for the week. The ice-maker works, but it’s slow.

Beautiful home exactly as pictured. Any minor issues we had, I contacted the host and was answered almost immediately and issue was handled in an extraordinary time frame. Very pleasant experience. Great floor layout. REALLLLLLLLY comfortable mattresses and sofa! Highly recommend.

The location was fabulous. The house was beautiful plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was there was a cigarette in the pool. There was also clothes left in the master bedroom in the dresser on the bottom floor.The floor didn’t seem to have been swept or mopped but Other than that, it was a fabulous stay. Our family had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it.

Property was great! Exactly as described ! We enjoyed staying in this lovely home and appreciated the heated pool for our grandsons spring break vacation . He had a wonderful time and the beach is really only a few minutes walk away from the house. Had everything we needed for a fun-filled vacation !! Our two dogs had fun too !
