This award winning 3 story house offers lake views just steps to the beach.
The 1st level offers a sizable game room, wet bar & full bathroom to enjoy your time when not at the beach. The entertainment room boasts a TV, stereo, and an arcade quality foosball table. Enjoy one of the many kid friendly movies when it's time to kick back.
On the 2nd level you'll find 4 comfortable guest rooms, a laundry room, and an enormous wrap around balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. A Queen Bedroom has a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom connected to the King Bedroom. Another Queen bedroom and Bunk Bed Room share a Full Bathroom.
The spectacular 3rd level is home to the master suite with Queen bed that overlooks the lake. The 3rd level also provides an open kitchen design – dining room, living room, half bath, and large balcony providing the perfect gathering and entertaining areas with incredible ocean views!
The owners have tried to anticipate your every need. In the great room, you’ll enjoy a large TV. Port of the Whale has plenty of beach towels, cooler, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys, and a cart to take everything to the beach! When you get back from the beach there’s an outdoor shower. You won’t find a better-equipped kitchen. Or, if you prefer, enjoy the convenience of a new 5-burner gas grill on the back patio.
Upscale features are endless including: an elevator, TVs in all rooms, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite throughout. Over 4600 sq ft under roof.
When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

This house is ideally located. A short walk to 2 pools, community center and beach. It is equipped with all the needed items for the beach and pool. We have 2 small grandchildren that were safe and enjoyed house layout. I appreciated the childrens gate, pack and play, and booster seat. The house is immaculate, well stocked and extremely comfortable. My family rated the stay a 10/10. We plan to return. Thank you

We typically spend time at SC beaches and decided to travel to Florida instead. We couldn't complain about anything regarding the house and the community. Easy walking to the beach or pools. Also convenient for day trips to the surrounding area. Not crowded at all & we were there 4th of July week.
