Perfect Flat for Families/Groups – Top Location, Great Comfort, and Smooth Service! We stayed as a group of five in the Flat at ScilliarGuestHouse and had an entirely positive experience. This accommodation is ideal for anyone looking for a spacious base with self-catering options. The Accommodation & Location: The location is superb: it's quiet yet very central. Both the center of Castelrotto and the grocery stores are quickly reachable on foot, which made daily life very easy. The Flat itself features a cozy living room and a private, well-equipped kitchen (including utensils), which offered us a lot of flexibility. Having our own parking space in the garage was another major advantage. Communication & Service: Communication with the owner was straightforward and first-class. The provider was reliably available via WhatsApp at all times, and any minor issues—such as a temporarily faulty light in the kitchen—were addressed very quickly and with a focus on solutions. We were even appropriately compensated with a discount, which we found to be a very fair gesture and underscores the hosts' professionalism. Notes: The small spiral staircase leading up to the two bedrooms on the second floor takes a little getting used to, but ultimately, we could manage it with bit care. Although the cleaning lady only speaks Italian/Spanish, her language skills are hardly necessary since communication is mainly handled by the always-available provider.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, for our family (2 adults, 3 children), excellent location in Castelrotto, just off the main street. Most importantly, the host was very quick and cooperative in resolving two issues that occured (no fault of his) during our stay. We would surely come back!

Very cute apartment with amazing view. Great location to walk right into town center. Convenient parking.

It is very compact, the kitchen is tiny, hard to cook anything in. The bedrooms are all upstairs up a tiny spiral stair and they all have sloped ceiling with roof - we all hit our heads on the rafters. It's charming, but be aware that it's not spacious.

Amazing view, nice cozy accomodation with rustic stile. Very nice gesture from the host, awayting with cold beer, coca cola and snacks. Very good tap water. Underground parking.

Just lovely

Very homey and quaint. Wonderful location! Perfect for our larger family. We were able to buy groceries for breakfast and picnics at the local supermarket. Less than 4 mile hike to Ruine Hauenstein.

We had some difficulty with the laundry facility, but Jacopo was very kind and refunded us for the inconvenience.

Exceptional

The house is super cozy and well furnished (it almost looks like a chalet in the woods). It has all the primary services inside, a breathtaking view of the mountain, very close to the center (5 minutes on foot), and also has a private parking inside which you can find a washing machine and a dryer that you can freely use. The host was very helpful for information about places to visit and the best restaurants in the area. It is an experience that I will certainly repeat in this house.

location & sun facing was fantastic walking distance to town walk paths near house incredible views near a bunny lift which was convenient but not great for snowboarders

narrow spiral staircase was not suitable to elderly family members and bringing suitcases to bedrooms only 1 bathroom downstairs was t convenient to bedrooms bring all upstairs all beds had sloped ceiling heights and obstructive wood causing quite a few head bangs

Achtung: Hausnummer ist mittlerweile auch für einen Neubau einige Meter weiter vergeben - Google Maps findet nur das neue Haus, kann zu Irritationen führen.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna z pięknym widokiem na góry. Dość blisko do sklepu i centrum miasteczka. Bezpośrednio przy szlakach. Bardzo komfortowa strefa salonu wraz z aneksem kuchennym i wyjściem na balkon.

Duzy minus za bardzo niska wysokość pokoi sypialnych oraz belki stropowe na wysokości głowy.

Non lo consigliamo e non torneremmo neanche a gratis.

La casa è in un'ottima posizione, la vista è carina, l'interno è un'accogliente appartamentino di montagna con uno stile e decorazione molto carine.

Inizialmente il proprietario è stato gentile e accomodante, tanto da offrirci un posteggio in più a causa della lavastoviglie rotta (le stoviglie avevano aloni di sporco probabilmente anche dovuto a questo, doveva essere riparata ma non è stato fatto e siamo rimasti senza lavastoviglie per tutta la nostra permanenza). La sera ci siamo accorti che non funzionavano né il gas per i fornelli né tanto meno il riscaldamento. Abbiamo passato una serata intera a cercare di metterlo a posto tramite un contatto che ci aveva fornito e con cui ci dava le indicazione tramite messaggio, ma nessuno ci è stato mandato ad aiutarci fino al giorno dopo, pertanto siamo riusciti ad alimentare i gas dei fornelli ma abbiamo passato la notte al freddo tanto che la mattina del giorno dopo abbiamo dovuto accendere un attivino i fornelli della cucina per scaldarci. Non finito, due giorni dopo il nostro arrivo siamo tornati dalla giornata di sci, e abbiamo visto che il posteggio in più che ci era stato dato era stato occupato, allorché abbiamo chiamato il proprietario il quale ci ha urlato addosso dicendo che non poteva darci quel posteggio perché non era suo ed era già stato oltremodo gentile a lasciarcelo per quei due giorni, ad accusarci che era colpa nostra per tutti i problemi avuti e che ci stava registrando la chiamata (senza permesso e senza avvertire prima), cosa per noi non importante in quanto siamo stati più che corretti ma che troviamo più che offensiva e una violazione della privacy.
