Perfect house and location

House was perfectly located to my sons baseball tournament. Was well equipped with all things we needed. Clean and spacious and had extras like lawn chairs/games.

There was a lot of outside noise. The house backs up to a post office & restaurant/shopping area, so it got loud pretty late/early.

We liked the location. Grocery Outlet - a 3 minute walk and the beach - only 3 blocks away. The privacy of the house with a great backyard was our favorite feature of the house. We all played in the snow in the back and had such a good time.

Not much was not like the pictures was dirty wore out

House is comfortable and well furnished and short driving distance from most places

Location very good although not easy walking day table to things stated.

The heating upstairs poor especially in the en suite bathroom. The heating globe non existent. The bed I. Main bedroom very high an elderly person might struggle to get on and off Some of the cutlery we needed to wash again
