Spacious, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Mtn Views, Pet Friendly, Updated

This home had every conceivable thing you would need in the kitchen. The deck and yards were fantastic. Great for big families. Plenty of towels. The only downside is it doesn’t have a true master bathroom. The bunk room and game room areas must share because they are all on the second floor. They could have used more sheets and pillowcases. Overall we had a blast!

This is our third year in a row at this home. It is well appointed and has plenty of room for our growing family. Each year we have come, we have noticed a few more tweaks that show the owner's continual attention to detail. Both the owner and local property manager are easy to reach and extremely accommodating. Another very enjoyable Incline vacation!

Repeat guests. Fantastic home and location. Use it as a hub to mountain bike the area. Easy access off the Mt Rose highway in a quiet location, with access to Incline Village and Kings Beach nearby. Very usable kitchen and living space, large deck and plentiful sleeping options. Communication with Kelly is swift and easy. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were exactly what we needed for an enjoyable and refreshing experience in the snow with the family. We had weather issues for our first reservation and were able to reschedule for a more suitable time. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home. Glenn

The property was amazing! Very well stocked, a lot larger than what we expected. Great backyard, amazing neighborhood, with very friendly neighbors. The host was great at communicating, we had no issues getting in or figuring out how to work everything once in. We would definitely recommend this and would definitely love to come back again. The snow made it so memorable as well! Super close to stores and restaurants at Incline Village. We had a great time!

We loved this house. Our dogs were comfortable and all the kids had enough space to do their own thing or for both families to hang out together. The layout was fantastic and even the back yard was perfect for playing in the snow. We loved every minute, thank you for sharing your home with us.

This property could not have been more perfect for our two families to meet for Thanksgiving. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The rocking chair in the bunk room was perfect for the little ones. This house is much larger than it appears in the photos. The kitchen was a dream for cooking the holiday meal. We brought all the spices and oils we thought we would need, but they were all already there. Lots of glassware, dishes, silverware, and storage containers. The host and property manager were polite and helpful. This house deserves more than 5 starts.

Easy communication with owner top notch

Everything is beautiful, remodeled, and the instructions are great. Super comfortable home and the wifi (we all had to work) was fast/smooth. Heating worked well, and the location is awesome-- close to family nearby and easy drive to lake, market, and everything else.

We love this house and it works so well for our family and pets. We had a few quirks occur while we were there due to unforeseen power outages in the neighborhood and the property manager, Tracy, was immediately available and spent a great deal of time working to resolve to issues. We felt well taken care of. The property is spotless and very welcoming. Many thanks to Tracy and to Kelly! We will definitely be back!!!

This was an absolute JOY of a property to rent... the abundance of space and beds alone is Ah-Mazing! And, I must also mention how well appointed this home is! There is everything you may need, and I do mean everything (think Bundt pans, oyster forks, teriyaki skewers...) We loved to cook in this kitchen! Great location, awesome trickling noise from the stream below, perfect deck... we will definitely be back soon!

We spent 4 glorious days in this beautiful home in Incline Village. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Mount Rose highway and Incline Village. There is the relaxing sound of a stream gurgling up from the canyon behind the backyard deck. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to create a gourmet meal. The living space has ample room for a large group. There are even extra rooms to hide out and read if you are so inclined. The beds are comfortable and the entire home was very clean. The deck has lots of room and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Kelly and her caretaker were quick to respond to questions. One of the nicest places we've stayed at in North Tahoe area. You can't go wrong with this lovely home.

Plenty spacious and easy for us to tuck napping babies away from the noise of older kids. Spa was fantastic; clean and serene view off the deck. We used the kitchen for every meal and we found it very well stocked for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. The owner was very nice and let us check out late in order to accommodate a baby’s napping schedule, which we really appreciate. The neighbors were friendly too! Thanks, Kelly for sharing your house with us! We made lots of wonderful family memories there!

Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place! The hot tub was so clean and perfect -- what a view of the trees! It is also remarkable to have such a dog-friendly home that has been kept up so well. We had a sensational weekend!

Gourmet kitchen with brand new stove/oven, huge fridge- perfect, because we alway bring too much food! Stocked with soaps, shampoos, paper towels- everything we needed! Even beach towels for the hot tub! Pellet stoves were easy and kept us nice and toasty. Wi-Fi was easy, as well as TV. Very spacious!

Visited with my wife, mother-in-law, and three kids. House easily accomadated us with room to spare. House included a king bed, two queen beds, a loft with two bunk beds, and a pull out queen sofa sleeper. One guest slept on the sofa sleeper and the structure is very sturdy with wood slats for stability. They found it to be very comfortable for a sofa sleeper. Kitchen and living room were very nice. Every kitchen appliance we needed was there. Extra entertainment room was great place for kids to play and hangout. Had an issue with the oven, but Kelly was very responsive in handling any issues. Hot tub was used everyday and worked well. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

We enjoyed the spacious of this property. But few things can be improve: The oven didn’t work and the dishwasher is not safe when pull out both rack in same time. The 2 rooms are full size bed which is too small for 2 peoples to sleep. One of the small room by hot tub was too noisy all night long, hard to sleep with humming sound. Not enough couches for 10 peoples to sit around together.

The house was very nice and in a good location although while we were told shortly before our stay that the oven was broken. Even so, we continued with our booking, though it had much more of an impact on our vacation than I expected. We were told that the house had a convection oven and BBQ grill but both had not been cleaned and took alot of effort to use. The convection oven/microwave did not look like it had been cleaned in quite some time and produced confusing results, none of which were edible. The BBQ grill on the deck, though serviceable, had the remenants of several slabs on ribs left on the grates and required a lot of cleaning before it was usable. The Kurig coffee maker also malfunctioned when used but there was an additional drip coffee maker that did work. The hot tub was very nice though and the pellet stoves were a warm addition. The house does have a weird shortage of trash cans. Literally every room could use a trash can but they don't exist beyond the kitchen and a few bathrooms. Very pet friendly and our dog enjoyed himself. Close to Diamond Peak and good for a large group but we felt like some of the details were quite rough and not up to our expectations.

I have been staying in Tahoe for years and this is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in!

The property was very clean inside/out and well fenced. Easy access to main floor, many bedroom options as well as bathrooms with ample towel and linens.

Great get a way for a large group and family dog. The fenced yard was especially helpful. All round wonderful experience.

We loved the home. It was perfect for our families to stay together I. One location. Plenty of room and everything needed for our stay. Having the fenced yard was a big plus for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

This property worked out great for three couples and one teen in town for a family wedding. Plenty of space for everyone.

I am very picky when it comes to vacation rental homes and even more so since this was a birthday celebration with my adult children. We had five adults and one chocolate Labrador in this perfect family vacation home. We all enjoyed the first level open floor plan. It definitely added to the time we spent together. We could cook, play a card game at the table and have the news addict watch tv all in the same area, yet not feel cramped. There is lots of wonderful space in this house. There were two rooms upstairs, the bunk room and den, we never used at all. BTW, the bunk room is large and the bunk beds a dream for any kid or adult. All of the beds were comfortable and the linens nice. That’s another worry of mine, yucky linens. The sheets were up to par. The outside deck is dreamy, including the ideal hot tub. You are nestled up against the trees and it feels so peaceful to sit outside. I loved the back yard for our Labrador. We were so pleased and fortunate to find this home. It was perfect!!! Enjoy!

Don’t think about it- book now! The pictures on this listing do not do this home justice. This was the perfect size for 3 small families getting away for a long weekend. There are 3 full baths & a half bath upstairs. The kids bunk room eased into the game/living room which was nice while the adults were downstairs. The kitchen had was well stocked & had everything we needed. Great location! Just minutes away from the lake. Thank you for sharing your home! We will be back.

Wonderful home located close to the main road but still feels very secluded. We enjoyed our stay here with 3 families and 2 dogs. The fenced yard was the best! The upper kids room and bonus den room were perfect for the older kids to hang out in and give the adults space in the main living area. Loved the kitchen, which was very well stocked and roomy for all to pitch in and help cook. We hope to stay here again soon!

The pictures do not do this property justice, it's such a large property with so much space for our large family or groups. Our first time in Incline Village and this property was so close to everything just a stones throw. Gorgeous neighborhood, totally tranquility and the view from the hot tub cannot be beat.

Prior to arriving I had numerous questions. Kelly was great with responding and very kind. My family and loved the house. It was beautiful, very well stocked, and had lots of room. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking in the Incline Village area of Tahoe.

We had originally scheduled our trip for October but because I was assigned to the fires in Napa Co, we had to cancel. Our host was so gracious and allowed us to reschedule with no penalties or limitations. She was incredibly gracious and easy to communicate with.
