Jó elhelyezkedés, tömegközlekedéssel könnyen megközelíthető. A városközpont, a látnivalók gyalogosan is elérhető távolságon belül voltak. Tiszta, jól felszerelt, világos, modern lakás, kényelmes ággyal és kicsi, de kellemes erkéllyel. A tulajdonos/szolgáltató WhatsAppon gyorsan reagált.
A design néha a használhatóság rovására ment: pl. a fürdőszobában. Nehezen folyt le a víz a mosdókagylóból és főleg a zuhanyozóban. Az egyik ablakon nem volt sötétítő, a másikon félig leszakadt a függöny, mert a csipeszek nem bírták el. A lépcsőházban nem volt világítás, így sötétben csak lifttel volt használható, mert nem látszott a lépcső. A megjelölt érkezési idő ellenére a takarítás még folyamatban volt, de így könnyen bejutottunk és tiszta lett minden.

The surrounding area has an interesting and stylish design, making it feel like living inside a modern café interior. The bed is comfortable, and the balcony offers a street view. Great amenities as well.
Everything related to plumbing: the hot water was hard to turn down to cold, unusual shower drain causing puddles, and the toilet had a weak flush. Also, unfortunately, we encountered cockroaches, but this is probably common in Tenerife now, judging by the news

La ubicación.
El sofá es pequeño.
La cama no era especialmente cómoda y de 1,35 cm.
El lavabo poco práctico.
La puerta del lavabo pesada y muy poco práctica y el forrado metálico de ésta así como de los armarios poco estético.
El ascensor no empieza abajo del portal, hay que subir bastantes escaleras para llegar.

It’s a really lovely apartment in a great location.
Unfortunately I had several problems with the facilities: 1. the toilet did not flush; 2. the washing machine did not open, so could not be used; 3. there were large puddles of water on the floor (probably from the AC) which I slipped on dangerously. Communication with Home2book was good, but nothing was done to resolve the issues over the course of 4 days, and this was pretty stressful. Even after 2 weeks they have not offered any resolution to this situation.
