La ubicación es un punto a destacar, muy cerca de el centro de Santa Cruz, a una parada en tranvía.
Por destacar algo, el agua caliente sale con poca presión.

Buena ubicación, muy céntrico y con acceso inmediato a todos tipos de comercios y transportes públicos. Es bonito a pesar de su decoración.
La casa está bien pero faltó limpieza en general. La ducha tenía varios pelos pegados en los azulejos a la altura de mi cara. El suelo estaba sucio lleno de polvo y restos.

La localizacion es excepcional
Al abrir la cortina te quedas co la cortina y el riel en la mano. La limpieza lo que ve la suegra, la funda del colchón del sillón cama sucia. Las fundas de los edredones sin lavar
