Great staff , clean property great views and roof top pool
I worked from the apartment and the WiFi was hit and miss so just used my phone data in the end. The property doesn’t have air conditioning however the fans supplied were great with the windows open.

Penthouse apartment really offers great views, a lot of space and comfort.
Bonus is the extra large bed
A duvet for colder nights would be a nice addition for comfortable sleep

The facilities were great, bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and the location was great since there is a bus driving to the bus station and city center. Will come again should I visit Santa Cruz again.
The solarium was not working, but it was not that important.
