About this house rental
This property of the 50s, has been completely renovated maintaining the characteristics of the time, like high ceilings, the breadth of its rooms, the original brick walls and stone. Remodeled with quality materials (wood, clay, ceramics, etc.), the house has been prepared always thinking about what I'd really like to find my if I were the host, such as cleanliness, comfort of beds, equipped the situation of the house, just a few minutes walk from the old commercial center of the city, museums, local market our Lady of Africa, and many other places. And of course just a few minutes walk from the new part of the city, where the shopping malls, such as English court, or the Meridian Mall, with shops like Zara, Primark, etc., and various areas leisure and catering.
The house is in a prime area of the city, besides the sites you can walk, you exit and entrance to the town two minutes by car, whether from the north or south.
It is completely furnished, in addition to the furniture you can see, it has towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, small and large appliances, tv, wifi, etc.
The house has three bedrooms, one suite, plus a living room, an office, two bathrooms and service, kitchen, private parking, and a spectacular wooden terrace, partly covered by a beautiful wooden ceiling in the top of the house, also has a laundry area.
This house is an alternative to traditional accommodation, to meet another style of vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment actually had 3 bathrooms, including a toilet adjacent to the laundry room on the roof. Although we were disappointed that the hot tub was not available in the Winter, the rooftop area was wonderful, with a table that we used twice a day and a lounge area for sun. Our host was very responsive to all of our requests. Really great stay!

Pros-everything about this place is absolutely perfect. It is well stocked. It is perfectly located. It is very clean.
Cons-The pool was not open. The owner said because of the rain the listing shows a hot tub, but there is not a hot tub or at least a hot tub as I know it.
But honestly, the cons dont matter the communication with the owner and everything else was just perfect !
