Nos encantó el apartamento, súper limpito y bonito, muy cerca de muchos sitios y nos trataron de lujo, cuando volvamos a Tenerife ya sabemos a dónde ir otra vez !!!

El sitio es maravilloso y sus anfitriones han sido espléndidos, detalles muy bonitos durante la estancia. Sitio muy bien ubicado. Súper céntrico y tranquilo por las noches.

Había muchos mosquitos, agua con poca presión, ventanas viejas que no sellaban bien, mucho ruido de obras, el ascensor no funcionaba

The apartment is on the second floor and has a small balcony. 1. The apartment is very clean. 2. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2. The shower is comfortable, hot water is not always enough from the 50L boiler. 3. The washing mashine has an embedded dryer, laundry detergent is provided. 4. The TV shows local channels without an app. 5. Fast fiber-optic internet. 6. Bright lighting, yellow in the bedroom. 7. A bottle of water is included in the fridge upon arrival – very helpful, as tap water in Santa Cruz has an unpleasant taste. 8. The host notifies you by phone when the apartment is ready and instructs about keys.

1. The apartment is listed for 2 people. However, the bed in the bedroom is only 140 cm wide. Two very thin persons can sleep on it, huddled close together. Such a bed is not suitable for tired travelers. And the narrow sofa in the studio does not fold out fully. Furthermore, there are no dedicated bed sheets for a second person. 2. The kitchen sink is misaligned in such a way that it's difficult to use. 3. The dining table is round thus impractical. 3. The coat rack has no hooks; and no shoehorn. 4. Most importantly, there's a row of trash containers right under the balcony. Every night, from 1 AM to 3 AM, these containers are emptied by huge garbage trucks, whose shake out the containers. A disinfectant truck then drives up. This process takes 15 to 30 minutes, accompanied by a terrible clash. Afterwards, it's very difficult to fall asleep. Furthermore, passersby throw glass and heavy bags into the containers at any time of day. 5. The apartment has extra 3 windows to the interior utility/ventilation shaft - from bathroom, corridor and kitchen. All internal noises from rental apartments above are audible. All windows, both exterior and interior, are single glazed, thus you hear everything. So, the apartment is completely unsuitable for sleeping and relaxing. Your own earplugs and beer from the fridge, unfortunately, won't help.
