Dúplex céntrico en S/C

Me gustó todo, estaba muy limpio, amplio y la situación buena.

Se oye bastante el ruido de fuera.

In generale un'ottima esperienza, Qualche dettaglio dell'alloggio va migliorato, ad esempio l'oggettistica della casa, però molto felici di aver pernottato.

Mancano piccoli dettagli che sicuramente renderebbero la permanenza ancora più confortevole. Posaceneri, cestino nel bagno, caffettiera elettrica, qualche extra offerto dal propietario che i clienti trovino in loco (ad esempio caffè o thè)

Molt bon estat, ben situat i net.

L'habitació del pis superior és sorollosa per culpa d'una máquina d'algun veí. L'apartament no posa a disposició: sucre, sal i poda molt poc paper higiènic (2rotlles per dues persones i sis dies). El paper no el reposa ni demanant-los-hi

The location right near the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife was excellent. There is a Mercadona suppermarket at 5 minutes on foot distance. Right near the local football team stadium. 5 to 10 minute walk to the sea/portuary zone. 9km distance to the Teresitas beach which is a great choice for beach lovers. The house has a laundry washing machine and the host kindly provided detergent pods for it. It also has a bread toaster, hairdryer, ironing board and clothes iron, clothes drying line. There were clean sheets provided for the two single beds, double bed and sofa-bed. The house can easily accomodate 4 people. Also, clean bath towels were provided. The balcony was also great with a nice view over the city, a table and four chairs. The building has an elevator/lift, which is great since the apartment is on the 4th floor.

There is only one bathroom for four people.
