Fantastic 4 Bedroom with ocean views in City Center

This was our home away from home for a lovely week in Santa Cruz. Richard was great to work with, easily accessible and met us at our convenience. He even left us with a bottle of wine, water bottles and bananas to get us started. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We had a rental car and were able to park it on the street everyday without too much of an issue. In fact most days we found a spot immediately in front of the building. The apartment has all the essentials that you will need. The closets are huge and the kitchen and bathrooms all upgraded. It is a bit noisy in the front bedrooms from the traffic and clubs nearby, but we got use to it very quickly and used a fan to block out the noise. Most days there were huge cruise ships blocking the ocean views, but once they were gone we had a fantastic view of the sea. You can't beat this location and the apartment is huge. Rent for a week and get a better price!!! It is worth it.
