Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

We stayed at this home with our family of 4 and a friends family of 4. It was very comfortable for 2 couples and 4 kiddos (ages 8 and under). The pool was a big hit and we spent a lot of time out in the back yard playing bags and just relaxing. We grilled out multiple times and ate most of our meals at the large patio table outside. The beds were very comfortable!. The home is close to grocery stores, coffee shops and the airport. It is a great place and would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

We came to visit Arizona from Texas on a family trip for Spring Break. We loved this property. The kitchen was well-stocked and I loved the mini toiletries. The house is in a good location. It’s very close to the college with tons of restaurant options. The best part was the backyard! We heated the Pool and got to watch planes fly by as we relaxed. The little mini golf and cornhole were fun, too. The house gave us space to spread out and minimized sibling fights. It’s a good spot for teenagers. We will certainly be back!

The pool was very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The house is a bit older and has a lot of loose screws. All of this was not a big deal. The biggest issues we encountered were the lack of responsiveness with issues during our stay and the rental property to the east which was paying all night long. Very loudly. With some of the minor issues we had, we were told that the maintenance people would contact us shortly and it never ever happened. It was frustrating.
