About this house rental
Central location with lots of amenities! This cute cozy home is great for family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a high chair and pack 'n play. Enjoy the pool, BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. Then come inside to play some foosball, board games, stream shows and movies on two Roku TVs and use all your devices with Wi-Fi speeds up to 940 Mbps. Close to Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix airport, ASU, Spring Training, Tempe Town Lake, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and many restaurants and shops.
Please note that there are 4 video/audio security cameras recording the front yard of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.
Please note: Per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 250 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 350 lb. Queen tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in master closet for use in the living room.
No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Pool is not heated. The pool water feature (waterfall) does not work and is not for climbing. Pool depth starts around 4 feet and goes to around 8 feet deep. Please note: Pool maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every Monday morning for maintenance.
Landscaping maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every first Wednesday of the month for maintenance.
Charcoal is not provided for the BBQ. Please clean after use for next guests.
Feel free to pick from citrus trees in the front and back yard if they are in season!

Host was an excellent communicator, even when she wasn’t communicating traditionally. There were all kinds of little nuggets around the house that really made a huge difference. Information on how things worked; even the light switches were labeled. I can say everything everyone else before me has said about this property. Let’s just leave it at it’s amazing. Anything positive anyone before me had to say is true. But what stood out to me the most was the little touches that helped me feel more like I was at home than staying in a stranger‘s house.

We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay during our visit to Tempe.The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is 10 - 15 minutes from anything you could want. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pool was sunny and private. And our host was available for any needs and was easy to communicate with. A

Lovely house but with some nagging maintenance issues in several areas. The neighborhood was just ok. There were police on the street responding to calls nearly every night we were there.
The pool was great, the host was a great communicator. The property should be better maintained and not just when guests complain. The plumbing needed to be unclogged- the sinks and tubs would not drain when we arrived. Although the host sent out a plumber, it would have been better if everything worked the way it was supposed to at the outset. The property just needs a little TLC.
